Playing 'second fiddle' to my endearing critics, E,R,n G, who with their connoisseur panache let me remember, that while I can enjoy all the baking,simmering,braising,frying,rolling,dicing,grating,tasting,serving,dressing,seasoning...what really matters is the food that is put on our table everyday. So truly in that sense, while Iam the chef, Iam only but the 'Sous Chef'.
